When I was a little girl and someone asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up, Id answer an artist. As a child and teenager I was allowed to pursue this, but somehow the dream was put aside.

I believe work is meaningful when we add to the quality of life to those around us. For the past several years I've been getting in touch with my creativity and embracing my love of textiles. Additionally I've taken several classes: natural dyes, photo transfer techniques, and sewing design, all employed to open my mind and spirit.

When I engage in what I really enjoy, my work takes on the quality of play and it is play that stimulates creativity.

Although each and every pillow is a unique design, I most enjoy doing custom work. Creating a unique pillow for someone's favorite horse, dog, cat or person is most rewarding!
